The clocktower lecture-lounge (CT-LL) vol.01 is the first of an ongoing series of presentations for inter-cultural artistic and theoretical positions and discourses. The series is a temporary, cross-cutting forum comprised of contemporary artists, writers and the public. The entire Clocktower Gallery will become a convertible location for a marathon event of ongoing presentations of art work, lectures, performances, installations and a videobar. Also, there will be an archive in-progress available on-line at www.lecture-lounge.net.
CT-LL is an artist-run initiative, conceived ond formatted by Angelika Middendorf and Andreas Schimanski, coordinated by Cesare Pietroiusti, organized and realized by the artists of the P.S.1 Studio Program and special guests, supported by the P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center, an affiliate of MoMA.
